A student at the University of Salford, Manchester has been presented with the Bidwells prize for Property and Commercial Lease Law and Practice.
Thomas Ingram, who is a Building Surveying Graduate, received the £200 prize for being the best performing student in a module for his building surveying degree.
The prize was donated by Bidwells Building Surveying and was presented by Karen Wilkins, Partner. It was handed over at the university's graduation and celebration and prize giving dinner last month.
Karen, who works in the Bidwells Milton Keynes office said: "We are delighted to have been able to sponsor this prize as we feel it is very important to support to next generation of property experts.
"The lecturers at the university felt that Thomas was the student who most deserved this award and we were delighted to be able to present him with a prize in recognition of his effort.
"Bidwells has always recognised the importance of supporting tomorrow's talent and this is one of a number of awards which we sponsor to encourage the next generation of property experts.
We have taken on a number of high-calibre students from Salford University and so it's great to be able say a thank you in this way.
