RICS National Awards shortlist for Bidwells’ Building Surveyor
Bidwells’ building surveying associate, Jonathan Wright, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the prestigious RICS Matrics Young Surveyor of the Year 2018.
The awards scheme is run by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) the professional body which accredits professionals within the land, property, construction, and infrastructure sectors worldwide. The annual event, held in November, celebrates the diverse range of young talented surveyors who are outstanding role models helping to shape and advance our communities.
Jonathan, who joined the Bidwells team in 2013, has been shortlisted for Building Surveying category, as well as the overall ‘Young Surveyor of the Year’ title. Currently in his seventh year working in private practice with a speciality in complex dilapidations and refurbishments, Jonathan commented:
“It is a great honour to be shortlisted for this prestigious award, being recognised for my achievements and client projects. This is a testament to the great work environment and support I have received in my time at Bidwells”.

The winners will be announced at a black-tie ceremony in November at Riverbank Park Plaza in London.
