Graham Wynde has joined Bidwells as a Divisional Partner and becomes the firm’s new Head of Property and Facilities Management.
He joins from BNP Paribas Real Estate where as Head of West End Property Management, his team managed St. James’s for the Crown Estate.
Graham’s role will focus on Bidwells’ core property and facilities management functions with an emphasis on excellent client service, compliance and process development.
Bidwells’ Head of Fund Management, Ian Gatiss, said: “Graham has a long track record in delivering high-quality commercial property management services and brings decades of London experience with him. He will no doubt make a big impact at Bidwells.”
Graham said: “Joining Bidwells means helping to manage some of the UK’s most innovative science parks and some of the world’s most prestigious university buildings. It’s a fascinating prospect and one to which I’m really looking forward to contributing.”

Graham is a keen cyclist, charity fund raiser for Blood Cancer UK and former board member of Wasps rugby club.
