A new bio medical company has chosen to locate at the Grove Business Park near Wantage.
NTL Biologica, specialists in the regenerative medicine sector, have taken offices in the Quadrangle and join over 60 businesses on the Park ranging from business consultants and forensics to office furniture and lighting.
“We welcome NTL Biologica to the Park as part of our growing science community”, comments David Hill, director of Grove Business Park. “We are committed to the Park becoming a fertile mix of different types of business, reflective of Oxfordshire’s economy, and we have invested heavily in the new business centre with spaces allowing businesses on the Park to come and mingle.”
Ian Graney, CEO at NTL Biologica, commented:
It’s a very exciting time for NTL Biologica, and our decision to base our worldwide headquarters in Grove Business Park was definitely the right one. We visited several business parks in Oxfordshire and Berkshire, before making our decision to locate in Grove. Overall, we found the quality on offer at Grove to be perfect for our needs. The Park represents good value and was the best that we visited. We are also very pleased with the flexibility that the owners have shown and their general view towards Biotech businesses.
Letting agent Tim Parr at Parker Parr added:
The Quadrangle offices have been refurbished to a good air-conditioned standard and on a par with more expensive space offered on the A34 corridor business parks. Grove Business Park is a much easier commute for many and an excellent option for new and existing companies in the area seeking value and room to grow.
“An important part of growing the Park is to deliver the right mix of buildings”, comments joint letting agent, David Williams of Bidwells. “We are marketing Aspect House which is a flexible high tech building of 10,000 sq ft ready now, and could work very well for R&D, labs, light assembly with high office content. Normally a company would need to spend money converting an office or industrial unit and so it is rare to offer this saving in time and money.”
Details of Aspect House, the last remaining office in Quadrangle and the forthcoming new development opportunities are available from Tim Parr of Parker Parr and David Williams of Bidwells
