Top of leading property market league

The Milton Keynes Business Space Agency Team at Bidwells has been named top of a leading property market league table for the second year in a row.

It was announced this week that Bidwells has held onto its crown and has stayed top of EGi's M1 corridor offices league table.

EGi is a leading online, research and information service for the commercial property market and their results revealed that Bidwells had managed to increase its disposals by 6% to go more than 100,000 sq ft clear at the top.

The Milton Keynes stand out deal was also the largest letting in the city – a staggering 67,800 sq ft at MK Central.

We are really delighted to have been named top of the M1 corridor offices league table for a second year in a row, as the competition has once again been very tough.

Roger Yates, Head of Milton Keynes office

"The data for the table is collated up to June this year and it shows that despite some reservations in the market prior to the EU referendum, there is still a clear desire by companies to move to Milton Keynes.

"Milton Keynes continues to be one of the fastest growing cities in the UK and is continuously highlighted as a leading destination for new and established businesses to flourish.

"With so many major projects and developments in the pipeline, it is clear that the growth of Milton Keynes is set to continue at a terrific rate.

"This is a really exciting time to be part of Bidwells, we have just rebranded to help showcase our unique ability to offer clients knowledge of, and access to, some of the most interesting real estate markets with the highest growth potential in the UK."

Bidwells is now the largest property consultant in Milton Keynes, offering clients a range of professional and agency services across the commercial, residential and rural sectors including land promotion, new homes sales, planning, corporate consultancy and valuation, business space agency and building surveying services.
