The Milton Keynes Business Space Agency Team at Bidwells has been named top of a leading property market league table for the second year in a row.
It was announced this week that Bidwells has held onto its crown and has stayed top of EGi's M1 corridor offices league table.
EGi is a leading online, research and information service for the commercial property market and their results revealed that Bidwells had managed to increase its disposals by 6% to go more than 100,000 sq ft clear at the top.
The Milton Keynes stand out deal was also the largest letting in the city – a staggering 67,800 sq ft at MK Central.
