Bidwells has appointed Mark Myles MRTPI to head up its successful Scottish planning team.
Mark brings with him 30 years’ experience, most recently in the planning consultancy sector with his own firm, MBM Planning and Development. His career began as a Planning Officer for Perth and Kinross Council followed by seven years with Turley Associates in Edinburgh where he moved through the ranks to Associate Director.
A Chartered Town Planner, Mark has managed a range of clients including private individuals, house builders, private estates, property development companies and retailers and provides representation at written representation appeals, local review bodies, hearings and public inquiries as well as development plan hearings throughout Scotland. He was also the designated independent Planning Adviser to Aberdeenshire Council’s Local Review Body.
Mark’s knowledge of all development management and policy related matters provides a great boost to the successful planning team based in Perth.
