Bidwells was instructed to prepare and submit a full planning application for 46 affordable dwellings and publicly accessible open space in Great Gonerby, Lincolnshire.
For new secondary school in Stotfold
Bidwells was instructed to obtain full planning application for a new school, Pix Brook Academy in Stotfold, comprising a 8,980 sq m main school building, 163 car parking spaces, 267 cycle parking spaces, bus/coach parking spaces, pick-up/ drop-off vehicle loop, sports hall, netball and tennis courts, football pitches, athletics track and games areas.
