- Government’s support schemes have been vital in supporting the rural retail, leisure and tourism industries through Covid-19. Further support is critical for the hospitality sector.
- There is likely to be a boom for UK tourism and leisure once lockdown ends, and businesses must be ready to go at that point.
- Communication has been key in maintaining landlord and tenant relationships and securing rental income for clients. Working with, and keeping existing tenants will important for longer term gain.
