The expansion of the Oxford-Milton Keynes-Cambridge Corridor occupier base continues in defiance of the backdrop of economic and political uncertainty.

Knowledge based industries are driving activity, comprising almost three quarters of take-up across the Oxford and Cambridge markets.

The strength of occupier demand is driving rental growth, averaging 7.6% across the Corridor in 2018, delivering total returns well ahead of the UK average.
