Supply at lowest level for 14 years following year-on-year upturn in take-up
Bidwells’ Summer 2018 Norfolk/Suffolk Industrial research paper reports supply in Norwich fell to its lowest level since 2004. With an upturn in requirements the completion of two new units, due to complete in November 2018 and will offer 147,240 sq ft and 206,490 sq ft respectively, will be welcomed.
A 68.1 hectare site to the south west of Norwich city centre, is to be unlocked, with Breckland Council giving approval for the construction of a new electricity sub station to service the site. The city has seen availability fall and take-up increase over the last 12 months driving rental growth.
