West End slows while outer locations see a surge in activity
Bidwells' research shows core West End markets (Mayfair and St James's) have been slower in H1 2018, while activity in Victoria and Marylebone has seen a surge.
Prime office rents in London's West End stand at £125 per sq ft and are expected to return to previous peak levels by 2023.
