London's take up down on last year but remains above 10 year average

Our research shows London has proved remarkably resilient against the backdrop of uncertainty. 2018 take-up was down on the high level of activity in 2017, although remained above the 10 year average.

Rents remained flat against this backdrop. With robust demand for business space and depleting availability, we expect to remain stable over the coming 24 months.

Clarity over Brexit arrangements would drive upside potential for the capital.
