Following Bidwells’ previous involvement to faciliate the sale of the building, we were instructed to gain permission for a fourth floor extension and the addition of fifth and sixth floors to accommodate an additional 24 apartments already secured under a change of use from office to residential, secured under prior approval.
What we did
Advised on a strategy to increase density of the scheme following prior approval for a change of use from office to residential for 54 apartments.
Liaised with the client and project architect to design a policy compliant scheme and liaised with Milton Keynes Borough Council throughout the determination of the application
Represented the client at planning committee and rebutted objections from the town council to obtain a resolution to grant
Advised on the completion of a S.106 legal agreement
Full planning permission achieved for the client
