Bidwells was instructed to prepare and submit a reserved matters application for 129 dwellings on Land between Europa Way & Myton Road, Warwick/Leamington Spa.

Provided the client with a detailed planning appraisal of the site comprising an assessment of relevant planning policy, and review of planning history including; planning conditions and planning obligations under the outline planning permission; and details of reserved matters applications already approved for the site.

Prepared and submitted a reserved matters application for 129 dwellings within 3 months from instruction for the 3rd phase of residential development under the outline planning permission.
Negotiated design and technical considerations with the Council’s Planning Officer and consultees including; the County Council’s Highway Authority through the course of the application; and co-ordination of detailed amendments to the scheme
Project management of 37 planning conditions pursuant to the outline planning permission relevant to the client’s site
Secured approval of reserved matters for the layout, appearance, scale and landscaping for 125 dwellings under a determination delegated to the Planning Officer within the space of 4 months from the date of submission
