Refurbishment works to the main office accommodation and ancillary works to the warehouse including a complete roof replacement and a new reinforced concrete drive.

What we did

  • Undertook roof replacement works to the warehouse
  • Undertook external repairs to the warehouse façades and grounds
  • Provided a new reinforced concrete drive to replace the block paviours
  • Undertook warehouse refurbishment
  • Undertook refurbishment and alteration of the office accommodation

Result

  • The works not only enhanced the aesthetics and appeal of the property but Bidwells was able to address a number of structural defects, which had affected the building for a number of years, which in turn helped protect the client’s investment
  • The new yard area is a particular success, as the works addressed the poor sub-base and defective surface area and the property now benefits from a reinforced concrete yard, which has been enlarged and secured with new palisade fencing
  • A number of alterations were undertaken to the warehouse and office accommodation and the building now benefits from a light and airy warehouse unit and an open plan office arrangement
  • The unusable space has been converted to provide additional bathrooms and a shower room
