  • Completed the sale of the site to Flagship Housing Group


  • Negotiated a promotion agreement with the promoter

  • Promoted the site through the planning process

  • Achieved planning permission for 66 dwellings and a community building to provide a brewhouse, bakery, floor area for the consumption of food and drink and community rooms

  • Sold the site with the benefit of planning permission achieving a price in excess of £3m for the client
