Bidwells was project manager of a project consisting of 65 self-contained residential units, with communal facilities including; kitchen with catering services, large dining room, TV lounge, salon, laundry, assisted bathrooms, a private internal courtyard and 24-hour support staff.

Managed planning and delivery of Extra Care Home on site
Coordinated with key stakeholders from the Care and Support department within the client organisation and external care delivery services to ensure the delivery of the scheme continued to meet their requirements
Appointing Bidwells as development advisor ensured that the client’s key objectives were met, whilst also ensuring the scheme delivers the best possible financial return
We also ensured that the revised scheme was deliverable in terms of planning and a realistic build programme was identified as early as possible, changes to design based on changing needs of the level of care service being offered
The client benefited from being able to call on the experience and excellent local market intelligence of a dedicated project team
