Annual valuation of a substantial mixed-use portfolio for inclusion in the annual accounts for this Industrial and Provident Society with charitable status.
What we did
- Acted as Independent Valuer to provide valuations in accordance with the RICS Valuation – Professional Standards and FRS102.
Assembled a team of valuers with the expertise to value this diverse portfolio within the required timescales.
Properties valued include a commercial portfolio of retail, industrial and office investments including the iconic Spirella building; a rural portfolio including significant agricultural land holdings and a substantial mixed use ground lease portfolio which includes residential property comprising many archetypal Garden City dwellings. The assets valued also include development sites and operational assets.
Bidwells have also assisted in the strategic management of the portfolio, providing valuations for acquisition, undertaking lease regears and acting as agent in the sale of residential development land.
