We provided design advice and prepared a supporting Heritage Statement to secure permission for the refurbishment of 89 York Street, located within the Mill Road Conservation Area.

 

What we did

  • Provided design advice regarding what would be considered acceptable within a Conservation Area in terms of fenestration and roof profile

     

  • Provided planning advice regarding a proposed rear access to the property

  • Prepared a Heritage Statement to support the proposed refurbishment of the property, including reinstatement of sash windows to the principal elevation, a rear extension, bike store and rear access to the property
