PLANNING ADVICE FOR
STRATEGIC HOUSING SITE
MILTON KEYNES

Bidwells provided planning advice for 240 dwellings at Morton Park on the edge of the village of Wavendon, Milton Keynes. The dwellings range from one to five bed properties including detached, semi-detached, small terraces and flats.

The site forms part of an allocation within the Strategic Land Allocation Development Framework SPD (November 2013) and covers a key component area of growth, known as the Strategic Land Allocation (SLA), which will contribute towards the next phase of growth within Milton Keynes of at least 28,000 new homes between 2010 and 2026.
