Bidwells led on the refurbishment of the Grade I Listed Master’s Lodge located in the centre of the college site. The works included conversion of the second floor into five high-quality guest rooms, layout changes to the master’s private four-bedroom residence, refinishing the public rooms and alterations to the circulation spaces to improve communication and accessibility between them, the formation of a new meeting room and servery, a new lift and stairwell through the building, full replacement of mechanical and electrical services and conservation works to the external fabric and re-roofing.
