What we did
Identified several unauthorised works including the construction of plant, storage rooms and a pergola which were attached to a curtilage listed wall. These works were required to be regularised by the vendor
Submitted an application for Listed Building Consent, accompanied by a thoroughly researched Heritage Statement, which robustly justified the proposals in heritage terms
Bidwells negotiated with the council to secure Listed Building Consent to regularise the legal position of the works and enable completion of the sale
