What we did
We provided heritage and design advice on alterations to the Grade I listed town house.
We undertook an assessment of the significance of the Grade I listed property.
We carried out an impact assessment of a number of neighbouring heritage assets to gauge whether they would be affected by the external proposals.
We provided a Heritage Statement to support applications for Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission applications that were submitted to Westminster City Council.
- Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent were granted at committee on Tuesday 8th November.
- Bidwells Heritage Team is instructed to assist in discharging conditions and supporting the interior design team.
