What we did
On behalf of Broadland Housing Association, Bidwells obtained full planning permission for the construction of 18 dwellings at Great Hockham in February 2019. The proposed development qualified as a rural exception site, with 8 market dwellings included in the housing mix to crosssubsidise the delivery of 10 affordable homes
Bidwells were responsible for steering the application through the planning process, from public consultation and addressing technical challenges throughout the course of the application.
The planning application was unanimously approved at planning committee, with the applicant receiving praise for their exemplary design and approach to public consultation, which Bidwells helped to coordinate
