Bidwells was instructed to provide a heritage statement to support applications for Listed Building Consent and Advertisement Consent for two banner advertisements (8m x 1.5m) to celebrate the bicentenary of the Institute of Civil Engineering upon their impressive headquarters.

Two previous applications for advertisements had been withdrawn following resistance from Westminster City Council.

The application has been agreed for a temporary period of one year.
