The 136-cover restaurant fitout comprised a main dining room, private dining room, chef’s table and bar lounge, featuring an open kitchen and Anatolian-inspired design.

What we did

  • Undertook the project management and contract administration roles for the refurbishment of a derelict space within the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel

  • Assembled the team in the UK for the design and fitout of a prestigious new restaurant brand in the heart of London’s Mayfair.

  • Worked with an international multi-partner arrangement based in Dubai and Istanbul, and satisfied multiple client and stakeholder requirements to secure design sign off and financial approvals to progress and deliver the project within
    the UK market

  • As the client and brand owner had no experience of delivering restaurants within the UK market, Bidwells’ advice and expertise was critical in guiding the international client through the particulars of delivering a capital project within the London market


  • Project delivered within budget and on programme
  • Bidwells continue to work for the parent company on other restaurant projects throughout London 

  • Bidwells’ attention to detail and expertise ensured the client was very satisfied with the end result 

  • The team led by Bidwells, remote from the client’s country of residence, was able to deliver the project and provide necessary updates and reporting to satisfy senior stakeholders from across the various international partners
