Bidwells were Instructed to provide Significance Assessment and Heritage Impact Assessment regarding proposals for two storey glazed rear extension and internal alterations throughout this Grade II listed 5 storey townhouse to support pre-application enquiry submission.
What we did
We undertook an assessment of the significance of the Grade II listed property
We provided heritage and design advice on alterations to the Listed Building and Conservation Area and on how to regularise the existing unauthorised works
We explained the planning process to the Client and Architect and provided support and guidance throughout the process.
Provided a Heritage Statement for the submission of a pre-application enquiry to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
