Acted on behalf of Wrenbridge and a private landowner in the disposal of three brownfield sites in Great Shelford and Stapleford.
All three sites benefited from outline planning permission for 66 dwellings with only 21% affordable housing due to the requirement to relocate the business to new facilities at Duxford.
The redevelopment of the sites for residential development helped to facilitate the move.
Provided viability advice to demonstrate that the sites could not deliver policy level affordable housing.
Reduced level of affordable housing from 40% to 21% across the three sites.
All three sites sold to Croudace Homes in 2014.
Money received from land sales helped facilitate the relocation of the business to Duxford.
