What we did


  • Provided specific market and agency advice on the purchase of a 44,341sq ft detached property with a secure yard in Tilbrook, Milton Keynes
  • Once acquired, we negotiated a surrender of the existing tenant (Domino’s Pizza Group) who had five-years remaining on their lease
  • Project managed a full refurbishment of the property




  • Delivered to the client a Grade A best in a class unit which they were delighted with
  • Retained the instruction to market the property post-refurbishment
  • Provided detailed marketing advice and marketing collateral
