Following the preparation of an initial Schedule of Dilapidations, Bidwells carefully coordinated the dilapidations works to ensure that the landlord’s claim was clear and evidenced, which enabled full recovery of this loss.
Bidwells provided advice and oversaw the dilapidations process of a 26,000 sq ft office and lab research space, advising on the potential supersession aspects of the claim to ensure that the landlord received a settlement sum commensurate with the remaining liabilities.
