Bidwells was instructed to prepare and submit a reserved matters application for 129 dwellings on Land between Europa Way & Myton Road, Warwick/Leamington Spa.
Bidwells undertook the dual roles of Architect / Lead Designer, Contract Administrator, Cost Manager and CDM Principal Designer whilst managing a team of M&E and Structural Engineers to design and deliver the CATA Refurbishment, Core Reconfiguration and new Entrance Extension of a 1990’s build to create circa 30,000 sq. ft of modern, fit for purpose CATA open plan office space.
Bidwells were asked to provide freehold acquisition advice on a 60,000 sq. ft. mixed use office and retail building in the town centre of Cambridge on behalf of Emmanuel College who were looking to acquire it.
With redevelopment or wholesale refurbishment of the site both an option, our client needed to understand the potential impact of both scenarios in relation to Tenant dilapidations liabilities at the property.
Bidwells provided a turn key package for the delivery and fit-out of the new multi-faith centre on the West Cambridge Site. Situated within an existing shell undercroft, the fit-out
included the creation of flexible prayer/social space via the installation of moveable partitions.
