Bidwells was instructed to obtain planning permission from Braintree District Council
or a 50 dwelling scheme on this unallocated greenfield site to the east of Monks Road, Earls Colne, following promotion through the Local Plan.
Bidwells has obtained approval for the development of 571 new homes across two greenfield sites in Walton, Felixstowe. The schemes will be supported by significant new infrastructure, requiring negotiation of reduced Affordable Housing.
