Prepared and submitted a planning application for a 15,000sqm new academic building to form a new gateway to the UEA Campus, one of the largest building projects the University has embarked upon since its formation in the early 1960s.
Full Planning Permission (Resolution to Grant) obtained for a 75-bed care home, and 93 residential apartments within two buildings, with associated car parking and amenity space on land to east and west of Prentice Road, Stowmarket.
In summer 2019, the Norwich Planning Team were appointed by a prominent Housing Association, responsible for managing over 22,000 homes in the East of England, to undertake a review of their garage sites in a number of locations.
Bidwells worked on the regeneration of the former Chesterton Sidings site to create a new urban quarter and secured planning permission for the new Cambridge North Station, which opened in May 2017. The emerging masterplan proposals for Cambridge North urban quarter incorporate 1 million sq ft commercial floorspace and 700 residential dwellings.
Reserved matters application for 50 dwellings on behalf of Bellway Homes in Cottenham, South Cambridgeshire. The application included a non-policy compliant mix of dwellings. Following the successful reserved matters application we then discharged the planning conditions.
