Preparation of a Heritage Statement to accompany an application for Planning Permission described as “Residential development of 13no. 2 bed apartments in two blocks, including associated access, parking and landscaping, following the demolition of 2no. dwellings” on land at 19 and 23 Church Road, East Molesey.
Initial Heritage Assessment, including a preliminary Significance Assessment. The project identified the relative heritage value of the existing buildings, an initial appraisal of residual significance and the scope for adaptation. The final document is intended as a guide for potential purchasers.
