Great Wilsey Park is a sustainable urban extension, located to the north east
of Haverhill. The site has been successfully promoted through the planning system and benefits from outline planning permission for up to 2,500 new homes, two primary schools, two local centres (including retail, community and employment uses), open space and strategic landscaping. The first residential phase, comprising 899 new homes, has been sold to Redrow Homes and Bidwells has been retained to sell the further residential phases, in addition to the local centres.
Hanstead Park, also known as the former HSBC training centre, is located in St Albans district. Bidwells acted on behalf of St Congar Land and Europa Capital to manage a bespoke marketing campaign and negotiate the sale of a trophy development site for 139 dwellings in a mature parkland setting within the metropolitan green belt.
Bidwells acted on behalf of the developer, Henry Davidson Developments, providing and implementing a strategic marketing campaign for the leasing of the new-build 10 unit local centre retail scheme at Great Western Park, Didcot.
Oxford Technology Park is a 21.5 acre (8.2 ha) campus to the north of Oxford city with capacity for a multi-unit development totalling 40,000 sq m (400,000 sq ft) of Grade A offices and high-tech buildings.
