Bidwells was instructed to provide design, project management and contract administration advice to separate the this iconic central Milton Keynes building into two lettable areas to provide commercial use.
Following Bidwells’ previous involvement to faciliate the sale of the building, we were instructed to gain permission for a fourth floor extension and the addition of fifth and sixth floors to accommodate an additional 24 apartments already secured under a change of use from office to residential, secured under prior approval.
Bidwells was instructed to obtain planning permission for the demolition of two existing
residential blocks and replacing them with 43 apartments and a single detached dwelling in Summerhouse Way, Abbotts Langley, for Thrive Homes.
The development doubles the existing number of dwellings on the site.
Bidwells was instructed to progress a full planning application for 70 dwellings at land south and west of Whitworth Way, Wilstead. The site had previously been granted outline planning
permission at appeal.

The 136-cover restaurant fitout comprised a main dining room, private dining room, chef’s table and bar lounge.
