Bidwells was instructed to prepare and submit an outline planning application for up to 44 dwellings, publicly accessible open space and parking for the Village Hall in Kislingbury, Northamptonshire. The site forms part of a residential allocation in the award-winning Kislingbury Neighbourhood Plan.
Bidwells was instructed on a previously under-managed section of the Diocese’s Glebe Portfolio and has been working with the Diocese of Oxford to ensure that the portfolio is regularised and opportunities are identified which meet the wider objectives of the client, including a significant residential development scheme.
Bidwells has managed the Glebe Portfolio since 2012. Having undertaken an initial
review of all assets, we have recommended and implemented an overall strategy of rationalisation and reinvestment whilst continuing to seek opportunities to increase the value of retained assets.
Bidwells provided planning advice for 240 dwellings at Morton Park on the edge
of the village of Wavendon, Milton Keynes. The dwellings range from one to five bed
properties including detached, semi-detached, small terraces and flats.
Bidwells was instructed to obtain full planning application for a new school, Pix Brook
Academy in Stotfold, comprising a 8,980 sq m main school building, 163 car parking spaces, 267 cycle parking spaces, bus/coach parking spaces, pick-up/ drop-off vehicle loop, sports
hall, netball and tennis courts, football pitches, athletics track and games areas.
