Bidwells provided planning advice for 240 dwellings at Morton Park on the edge
of the village of Wavendon, Milton Keynes. The dwellings range from one to five bed
properties including detached, semi-detached, small terraces and flats.
Bidwells was instructed to obtain full planning application for a new school, Pix Brook
Academy in Stotfold, comprising a 8,980 sq m main school building, 163 car parking spaces, 267 cycle parking spaces, bus/coach parking spaces, pick-up/ drop-off vehicle loop, sports
hall, netball and tennis courts, football pitches, athletics track and games areas.
Bidwells was instructed by our client Grosvenor to prepare an employment strategy to deliver an appropriate range and quantum of jobs to support a vibrant, new Garden Community of 5,000 homes in North Essex.
Redwood Farm has developed since the mid-1970s and is nationally renowned for its top-quality pure-bred pedigree stock. The farm comprised several buildings and structures of varying age and design, which developed in an ad-hoc way.
Bidwells’ EIA team integrated with planning services to successfully increase the density of the park and deliver an uplift in floorspace, whilst addressing sensitive landscape and transport challenges on behalf of client, Trinity College.
