What do you enjoy most about working for Bidwells?

The most enjoyable aspect of working for Bidwells is the variety of projects, the day to day work environment and the social life on offer. No two days are the same. I will be working on a large scale strategic project at a desk one day, then the next day I can be out on site or working on a small scale development from a comfy chair in our agile office space.

The variety on offer here at Bidwells has definitely made my time here interesting and exciting.

What’s your biggest career achievement to date?

My biggest career achievement to date is being awarded the RTPI Future Planners Bursary following the completion of my Masters. I was put forward for this award by the head of planning at ARU Chelmsford for my continued success and hard work.

Why should other graduates consider Bidwells as a career choice?

Other graduates should consider Bidwells as a career choice because of the variety of work you will be involved in. Bidwells works closely with many high profile clients on some exciting projects and the experience you will gain through working not only with these clients, but with the wealth of experience on offer through your own colleagues who offer a lot of help and support to their graduates. There is a ‘buddy-up’ system to allow graduates to experience different types of meetings and appeals, which have proven to be very beneficial in my time here.
