Acquisition of mid tech investment at HBK, Jarman Way, Royston

Acting on behalf of Brydell Partners, the Capital Markets Team have acquired HBK, Jarman Way, Royston for £8.7m reflecting a net initial yield of 5.38%.

The unit comprises a 57,330 sq ft mid tech unit let to Hottinger, Bruel and Kjaer UK on a lease expiring in May 2038.

The tenant manufactures and sells vibration test equipment and is the world’s leading supplier of advance technology for measuring and managing the quality of sound and vibration. The unit is its UK HQ and used for manufacturing and global distribution.
