Four Prestigious Award Nominations For Bidwells’ Residential
Bidwells’ Residential team have been shortlisted for four award categories at this year’s Negotiator Awards.
In its 14-year existence The Negotiator Awards has established itself as the leading awards programme for estate and letting agents in the UK and their suppliers.
Bidwells have been shortlisted for Regional Agency of the Year – East of England, Lettings Agency of the Year (Medium), Property Management Department of the Year and Land and New Homes Specialist of the Year.
The team were named Regional Agency of the Year for the East of England and Land and New Home Specialist of the Year at last year’s Negotiator Awards.
Head of Residential at Bidwells, David Bentley, said: “Being nominated for four awards marks an incredible achievement for everyone in our agency. Now, with our Lettings and Property Management nominations, every facet of our team has been recognised for their incredible work.
“We are excited for the award ceremony in a few weeks’ time, particularly celebrating with all of the other fantastic nominees.”
The winners will be announced at an award ceremony on 25 November 2022 at Grosvenor House Hotel, London which will be hosted by the BBC’s Naga Munchetty. The ceremony will bring together sector specialists and agents from across the nation to discuss the issues facing agents in 2023.
The Negotiator Awards are organised by Propertydrum Ltd, publisher of the residential property trade magazine, The Negotiator.
