Bidwells' latest research reveals that following a strong year of take up in Milton Keynes in 2018, activity retrenched a little during the first half of 2019 albeit below the five-year trend.
However, greater economic and political clarity during the latter half of the year brought an upturn in activity, but almost 150,000 sq ft of space was under offer by the year end.
This strengthening in demand persists, with several significant requirements coming to the market, but with little Grade A stock on offer. 2020 is therefore expected to see a return to rental growth.
