A 12-acre technology park, home to ARM and the Medical Research Council

Over the past 15 years, our lease consultancy team has been working with LaSalle Investment Management on Peterhouse Technology Park, undertaking rent reviews and lease renewals. In 2018, LaSalle asked us to surrender the existing lease with MRC and re-let unit 120 to accommodate the ever-expanding ARM Ltd, on behalf of the landlord, Coal Pension Properties.  

We achieved this effectively, working alongside our commercial agents, and since then, the ongoing success of the park has led to further expansion.  

Our planning and project management teams are now working on the next phase of the park’s expansion, which will deliver a new 100,000 sq ft research and development building on green belt land allocated in Cambridge City Council’s Local Plan.
