A record-breaking new restaurant in London

A high-profile restaurant from the famed chef Nusret Gökçe, our instruction was to realise the vision of the 17^th Nusr-Et steakhouse – its first London location. We project managed the design of this premier restaurant, located in the iconic Park Tower Hotel, appointed a full project team and worked with international designers (TA Architects Turkey) to deliver this boutique space.

Prior to our occupation, the hotel had an existing restaurant on the ground floor that was demolished and rebuilt to a much higher standard, with additional amenities such as a roof space.

When the installation of the restaurant was complete, our team managed the adjustments and changes of the complex design to ensure it was fit for operation and fully functional for its grand opening.
