Quality occupiers attract more quality occupiers so choosing the right ones was absolutely critical to the overall success of the scheme, to mark the CB1 development on the map as a place to meet, not just to pass through.
Working closely with Brookgate and our planning colleagues we advised the masterplan and vision, including the buildings’ layouts, configurations, and the types of occupiers we wanted to attract over the various phases in the coming years. Market changes mean different occupiers come and go, so it was important to think far head.
Once planning was granted, all systems were go to get out our contact book, to find and let space to the most suited occupiers, including cafes, restaurants, convenience stores and hotels. We had a clear vision of which occupiers we wanted to secure, and knew what they needed. With a very attractive proposition, we were soon to lock them in - giving our client that official seal of approval.
