A speculative development to add to the existing variety of spaces on offer at Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
As part of phase 2, the development sought to further advance the campus’s ethos around collaboration and as a place designed for people to meet and share ideas.
A multi-storey car park enables vehicles to be pushed away from the landscape-led heart of the campus and efficiently stack cars to free up land for valuable floorspace. This allows the new building to be located within a significant, landscaped setting with the whole northern half of the site being dedicated to open space for all to use.
A host of spaces are on offer including an open lawned area, garden rooms set within planting and a plaza to allow for spill-out from the café area. Another fantastic addition to the ever-growing Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
