  Development of junction and road arrangements accompanying planning applications to ensure they are compliant with current standards of design

• Section 106/278 Negotiation

  We undertake negotiations with highways and planning authorities to reduce S106 and S278 financial and planning liabilities

  Preparation and presentation at Appeals and Inquiries where planning permissions have been refused
