Cambridge's first speculative development for two years

Glenmore Commercial Estates are speculatively developing a new business park to the north of Cambridge City Centre on a site of approximately 2 acres immediately adjacent to the A10.

Glenmore Business Park is situated around 3 miles from the A14 Milton junction and benefits from prominent road frontage to the A10, next to the large R&D office park known as IQ Cambridge.

The first phase of the development comprises 16 high quality business/industrial units ranging in size from 94 sq m – 438 sq m (1,012 sq ft – 4,715 sq ft).   The properties are available on a freehold or leasehold basis, and erection of the steelwork has already begun with completion due in October.
