Bidwells appointed in sale of major development site

Bidwells has been appointed by Land Registry in the sale of a major residential development site in Nottingham.
The 33.2 acre site at Chalfont Drive is situated approximately 2.5 miles to the north west of the City Centre and currently comprises commercial buildings and open space, as well as a Grade II Listed Bunker which would have served as the Regional Seat of Government for the East Midlands Region in the event of a national emergency.
Bidwells Planning team secured Outline Planning Permission for 475 new houses and apartments on the site.
