Will is Head of our R&D/ office agency team and is a specialist in Cambridge and the surrounding area, dealing with leasehold and freehold office and laboratory transactions.

Will has 20 years’ experience managing the disposal, marketing and acquisition on a wide variety of office and business accommodation and works with a wide cross-section of clients from landowners consulting on strategic development sites to occupiers who are the end users. 

He is part of the commercial agency team and is a specialist in Cambridge and the surrounding area, dealing with leasehold and freehold office and laboratory transactions.

Working for Trinity College, Cambridge on the letting of buildings at Cambridge Science Park, the UK’s biggest science park which is home to over 100 of the most innovative companies and provides over 1.6m sq ft of business space and has a current development pipeline of c. 500,000 sq. ft. part of which is being speculatively built.

Advising Liberty and Countryside on the marketing of the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, which has outline planning consent for over 2 million sq ft of high quality office, research and development and laboratory accommodation and phase 2 which is currently being marketed which totals c. 1 million sq. ft.
