Rowan Haines

From office buildings and residential properties to industrial assets and retail units, Rowan consistently delivers insightful advice to his clients regarding their commercial property portfolios. Building strong rapports is a key element of his role, allowing him to fully understand and deliver on his clients’ objectives.

Rowan works diligently on all projects and inspections, ensuring that building defects and issues are thoroughly considered and reviewed, and the most appropriate solutions selected. He issued a breadth of refurbishment knowledge when working on four, two-storey Victorian cottages located in Grantchester that required a comprehensive renovation and which were delivered to a high standard and within budget. 

Currently, he is working on various site-wide upgrade projects, most notably to a large industrial park and shopping centre, overseeing the provision of essential repairs. Not only does Rowan enjoy helping clients enhance their assets, but he thrives on seeing how his work benefits occupiers.  

Having worked on sites situated as far away as the Isle of White, Kent, Hampshire and Shropshire, as well as on sites in East Anglia and London, he consistently delivers a dedicated service.
