Rosalind is a RCIS qualified surveyor with over 15 years’ experience in the renewables sector.

Rosalind specialises in advising clients on property matters primarily for renewable energy projects, with particular focus on largescale on-shore wind and hydro schemes.

Her expertise in negotiating commercial terms for option and lease agreements for renewable energy schemes, is the result of many years advising both landowners and developers.

She has extensive experience in advising landowners on grid connection and access issues.

Rosalind's background is in rural land management and is also involved with minerals, development and compensation work.
