The diversity of tasks is a key factor in the passion Claire has for her job, along with being able to see the developments she is involved with shape the world around her. Whether this is writing planning applications or monitoring intel for local and national works.
Clients like to work with Claire because she is positive individual, she consistently seeks multiple solutions to ensure the team considers all possibilities and is able to remain focussed on the ultimate goal, preventing any unnecessary delays which could have been prepared for.
Working on local parks and campus’ and seeing their impact on the local community is one exciting aspect of the job for Claire knowing the impact that they will have on the community and the economy both now and in the future. She also enjoyed her work on one of her current projects, for a care home, where she is able to witness the client’s passion for the project and help them bring it to life.
Working on Cambridge Local Plan Watch, she is continually abreast of the local plans for the region and is able to spot key opportunities for clients.
